Global G2 survey with self-reported responses, updated October 14, 2026 and fielded in July 2026. The percentages refer to different question cuts: 66% includes limited or scaled production; 46% refers to agent buyers reporting higher-than-expected costs; and 14% to organizations reporting real-time observability. Production does not mean full autonomy. These are not Zihin customer results and do not measure the effect of Zihin Watch.
