Progression is by number of agents, users, and tokens, and by feature unlocks: Core opens triggers and RBAC; Pro adds multichannel, scheduling, and observability (Zihin Watch); Business unlocks unlimited agents and users, on-premise (Zihin Tunnel and MCP Bridge), SSO, audit logs, and a dedicated SLA.

How does billing work?

A fixed monthly fee per plan, with no markup on tokens consumed through your own key (BYOK). Each plan includes a token allowance per cycle (Core 5M, Pro 15M, Business 15M).

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want; the change takes effect at the next cycle.

You connect your own AI provider key, and Zihin runs the agents using that key — with no markup on tokens. You pay the provider directly for consumption and Zihin for the platform. BYOK is available on every plan and required on the Trial.

Which AI models can I use?

Models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and xAI (Grok). You can set a primary model and a fallback chain — if the primary becomes unavailable, Zihin automatically switches to the next in line.

Do I need my own key, or does Zihin provide tokens?

Both, depending on the plan. The Trial requires your own key. From Core onwards there's a Zihin-managed token pool, and on Pro you can combine BYOK with the managed pool. Business includes 15M tokens per cycle.

Does Zihin use my data or conversations to train models?

No. Zihin doesn't train models on your data. On BYOK, calls go through your own provider account, subject to its terms (the commercial APIs from Anthropic and OpenAI, for example, don't use API data for training).

Editor creates and edits agents (including flows, connections, and configuration). Member uses the finished agents (chat, WhatsApp, Slack). Both count as plan users.

Databases (PostgreSQL/Supabase), any REST API, and any MCP server — no deploy or migration required. There are ready-made connectors for systems like TOTVS Protheus and operations tools, and any system can become an agent tool via MCP.

Can the agent act on my systems, or only answer?

Act. Flows are typed: each step calls a tool with a defined contract (query an ERP, create a record, fire a notification). The agent reads and writes to connected systems, within the rules you define.

Does the agent learn on its own over time?

No. Agent behavior is configured and versioned by you — there's no automatic training or self-adjustment from history. The agent has persistent memory (it can store and retrieve context across sessions), but that's different from "learning" on its own. That predictability is intentional: you know exactly how the agent will behave, and every change is recorded.

Can the agent use my company's knowledge and processes?

Yes, in two ways. It queries your data and systems in real time via tools (database, API, ERP). And for structured knowledge — processes, documents, rules — there's a module that turns the company's process base into context the agent can navigate. Loading and curating that knowledge is done together with our team during onboarding.

Through contextual security policies (CSP): you define what the agent must never expose (tokens, credentials, sensitive fields) and those rules are enforced on every call. Add to that RBAC, an encrypted secrets vault (AES-256), sensitive data masking, and an audit trail.
